Wuhan University Published Two Duplicated Articles

Recently, two articles [1-2] by authors from Wuhan University are found to be more similar than expected.

Article [1], titled "Analysis of Sentence Ordering Based on Support Vector Machine", were published on proceeding of "2009 Pacific-Asia Conference on Knowledge Engineering and Software Engineering".

Article [2], titled "A Novel Method of Sentence Ordering Based on Support Vector Machine", were published on "Proceedings of the 23rd Pacific Asia Conference on Language, Information and Computation"

Both of article [1] and [2] were authored by a same group from Wuhan University (武汉大学): Gongfu Peng, Yanxiang He, Ye Tian, Yingsheng Tian, Weidong Wen (文卫东).

Although the article [2] provides some but not much additional method details and analysis on the results, most of the two articles [1-2] is overlapped:

Unintentional Error Bars Abnormalities Caused by Plotting Software

Recently, concerns were raised regarding abnormal error bars in two articles by Jessie Payne. However, in a reply to the 5GH Team Dr. Payne provide evidence that the abnormalities were caused by the Excel instead of intentional manipulations.

Is "Solar Energy and Power Electronic Co., Ltd." a Fake Company?

When investigating the publications by HAI Tao (海涛), who is working for multiple universities in China and Malaysia, the 5GH Team noted a company named "Solar Energy and Power Electronic Co., Ltd." (SEPE), and suspect that it is a fake company, like the Sun-Life Company which was exposed in 2023 by other academic sleuths.
