The RedNote user stated on the advertisement that the article is about "Digital Transformation and Ritualized Experience in Sports Tourism". We believe the "体育旅游中的数智化转型与仪式化体验" is a typographical variation of "体育旅游中的数字化转型与仪式化体验".
He also stated that the paper was accepted by a JCR Q1 T&F journal recently (probably on August 17th, a few days before that), and he had requested a form for authorship changes from the editor.
